In preparation for the release of Andy Baraghani’s first cookbook, “The Cook You Want To Be”, the former chef of Chez Panisse and beloved personality from Bon Appetit’s “Test Kitchen” worked with Rose LA to create a Delights calming, bright recipe that feels like a page out of his new book.
