RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Items purchased from The Flower Pot can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for refund or exchange at the discretion of The Flower Pot.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and a processing fee may be applied. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged.

How to Make a Return
- To return an eligible item, please contact email@example.com, along with your order # and reason for return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Refund Processing Terms + Conditions
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This will happen within 10 business days.
